Advance & Cancellation: The 50% booking advance is non-refundable upon cancellation. Rescheduling / Credit Policy: In case of unavoidable rescheduling, the advance amount may be adjusted against a future booking within one calendar year (subject to team availability and prevailing market rates at the time of the revised booking). Client Approvals: Adherence to selection and review deadlines ensures timely physical album dispatch.
